Butter poached halibut with veal jus, pan seared chorizo brandade
Gnocci, and spinach puree

Finally

White chocolate terrine with garan masala bitter chocolate center, cardamom
orange glaze
Praline churro- dehydrated strawberries and roasted banana ice cream
