Cellar Master Richard Gallant has selected 4 Merlots from the 1990, 1997, 1998 & 1999 vintages in our cellar with a special sideways twist.

Bread and water (memories of Alcatraz) will accompany the tasting. A hot and cold appetizer buffet will follow the tasting with selected cellar bin ends.
