1st Course:
Each person may choose one of the following appetizers.

Phylo Cheese Rolls
A blend of feta and akawi cheese and onion, wrapped in phylo.

Hommus
Roasted chickpeas, tahiny, garlic and fresh lemon. Extra for lamb and pine nuts.

Baba Ghanouj
A blend of toasted eggplant, tahiny, garlic and fresh lemon.

Warek Enab
Grape vine leaves stuffed with rice, tomatoes, parsley and green onions,
cooked with lemon and olive oil.

2nd Course:
Please choose one of the following salads.

Taboulé
Italian parsley, tomatoes, green onions, Spanish onions, cracked wheat,
mixed with fresh lemon, mint and olive oil.

Chickpea
A blend of roasted beans, mixed with green pepper, red pepper, red onions, cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil

3rd Course:
Each individual may choose one of the following kabobs.
Served with Basmati rice, roasted potatoes, seasonal grilled vegetables, garlic or chili dip.

Chicken Kabob*
Mouth-watering tender pieces of chicken breast, skewered with green peppers and a cherry tomato with zesty garlic marinate.

Kafta Kabob*
Minced lamb, mixed with fresh vegetables, Lebanese herbs and spices creating an extraordinary traditional lebanese kafta skewer.

Beef Kabob*
Tender cubed pieces of AAA Angus Beef Striplion, marinated in an exotic blend of Lebanese herbs, skewered with green peppers and Spanish onions.

Vegetarian Kabob
Barbeque-grilled cherry tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, Spanish onions and zucchini glazed with olive oil, oregano and lemon juice.

Dessert:
Baklava
Pistachio stuffed baklava layered with phylo dough drizzled with rose water sugar syrup.
