Although it is the time of the year when students typically vacate campus, the Society for American Wines will attempt to at least partially reverse that tide with an evening of great food and wine. University Club manager Garth McIsaac and Chef Dale Harnish have provided our Society with a delectable menu for which we have paired with equally delectable wines.
