Tasting at the Tides:

To kick off the fall season, we will be featuring a tasting comprised of (oddly enough) American wines. This will be an introductory wine tasting, however for seasoned veterans there will be surprises thrown in to challenge the senses. Bread and water will be supplied for the tasting (no striped shirts with serial numbers required!)
Following the tasting, Chef Jennifer Spalding will present us with a selection of tasty treats. In addition, we will have bin ends to accompany the food.

Directions:
From the Bedford Highway & Hammonds Plains Road intersection, travel along Bedford Highway towards Halifax and take the 2nd lights beyond (Moirs Mill is the first light, Southgate is the 2nd). If you are coming from Halifax, turn at the next light beyond Travelers & Esquire Motels.
Either way, there is only 1 way to turn at the light, and that is up hill! The first left is 36 Southgate (a condominium complex called The Tides).
Parking is either to the left of the building, or on Southgate Drive itself. Upon entering the front of the building, enter the code for Pilkington.
